All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. For quality control, all exchanges or returns cannot be opened from original packaging and cannot be altered in any way. This means the wefts can have no alteration in color, bleach, perm, toner, or be chemically treated in any way in order to be eligible for a refund!
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the hair and its quality prior to removing it from the original packaging. if there are any concerns, please return the hair in its original condition so we can properly conduct a refund or exchange.
